Aggregation method
This section describes the data aggregation methods.
Time Zone
- Analytics data is displayed based on the time zone configured in SocialDog.
tip
For details on configuring time zone settings, refer to Change Team Settings | Manage Team Settings.
X (formerly Twitter)
- Unless otherwise specified, likes, reposts (formerly retweets), and mentions are aggregated based on the post creation date and time, not the date and time when these actions occurred.
- If a follower's account is frozen, it is counted as an unfollow. Conversely, if a frozen account is unfrozen, it is counted as a new follower. Due to X (formerly Twitter) API limitations, it is not possible to distinguish whether an unfollow event is due to account freezing.
- The data acquisition timing for new followers, unfollows, new follows, and unfollows differs from that for follower and following counts. Consequently, inconsistencies may occasionally arise between these figures.
- Follower and following counts, their changes (increases/decreases), and net growth are only available for data collected after connecting your social media account.
- For details, refer to Retrieve Data Before Connecting SNS Accounts.
Instagram
- Engagement displayed on the Instagram account dashboard represents the combined value of feed posts, Reels posts, and Stories posts.
