Change display items

On some screens, you can modify the displayed columns. You can save customized display columns as "Column Sets" for your team.

Screens where Columns can be Changed and Column Sets can be Used

• Post Performance
• Post Details (within Post Performance)
• Competitor Post Performance

Changing Columns

1. Navigate to the screen where you want to change the columns.
2. Click [Columns] → [Customize Columns].
3. Check the columns you want to display in the table and uncheck those you want to hide.
4. To save as a column set, check [Save as Column Set] and enter a name for the column set (Team Owners/Admins only).
5. Click [Apply] (or [Save and Apply]).

Using Column Sets

You can use column sets you have created, as well as those created by other team members (Owners/Admins).

1. Navigate to the screen where you want to change the columns.
2. Click [Columns] and then click the column set you wish to use.

Editing Column Sets

Team Owners and Admins can edit column sets.

1. Navigate to the screen where you want to change the columns.
2. Click [Columns] and then click the edit button (pencil icon) displayed next to the column set you want to edit.
3. Check the columns you want to display in the table and uncheck those you want to hide. You can also change the name of the column set if necessary.
4. Click [Save and Apply].

Deleting Column Sets

Team Owners and Admins can delete column sets.

1. Navigate to the screen where you want to change the columns.
2. Click [Columns] at the top of the post list or the table on the post details page, then click the edit button (pencil icon) displayed next to the column set you want to delete.
3. Click [Delete Column Set].
