Data is not displayed.
This section explains how to troubleshoot cases where data is not displayed.
- The following messages may be displayed, and data may not be visible:
- No relevant data found.
- Data will be displayed from tomorrow onwards.

Reasons Why Data May Not Be Displayed
- The following types of data may not be displayed in SocialDog:
- Data not eligible for retrieval
- Examples:
- Some data prior to account integration with SocialDog.
- Some data when not subscribed to a paid plan.
- Examples:
- Data eligible for retrieval but not yet retrieved by SocialDog
- Immediately after linking an SNS account.
- Immediately after adding a competitor account.
- Immediately after posting outside SocialDog.
- Immediately after upgrading to a paid plan.
- Data not eligible for retrieval

Troubleshooting Data Display Issues
The following troubleshooting steps can be taken:
Verify Your Email Address
If the email address registered with SocialDog has not been verified, some data updates may not occur.

Change the Period
If a period with no analytical data is specified, change it to a period that contains analytical data.

Wait for Data Retrieval
If the latest data is not displayed, SocialDog may not have retrieved the data yet.
The time required for data retrieval varies by data type, but it may take up to approximately 72 hours for data to appear.
