Make good use of analysis features

As common operations available on analysis pages, you can download data in CSV format, change the period and display unit (monthly, weekly, daily), and sort the post list.

Downloading CSV Files

Data from each analysis page can be downloaded in CSV file format.

CSV file download is only available on PC browsers.

  1. Open the analysis page you wish to download from.
  2. Select the period and display unit (monthly, weekly, daily).
  3. Click the [] icon to the right of the table or graph you wish to download.
  • If there are multiple "post tags," they will be displayed separated by commas.

Changing the Period and Display Unit (Monthly, Weekly, Daily)

On each analysis page, you can change the period and display unit (monthly, weekly, daily). The period cannot be set to be longer than the "analyzable period" specified by your plan. For details, please refer to Plans.

For the display unit (monthly, weekly, daily), you can select "hour," "day," "week," or "month." On pages where the display unit (monthly, weekly, daily) cannot be set, only the period can be changed.

  1. Open the page you wish to analyze.
  2. Select the display unit (monthly, weekly, daily) from [Day], [Week], [Month] at the top right of the screen.
  3. Change the period by modifying the date to the right of the display unit (monthly, weekly, daily).

Sorting the Post List

On analysis pages where a post list is displayed, you can sort by clicking the table header. "Replies," "Reposts (Retweets)," "Likes," and "Engagement" can be sorted in ascending or descending order.

  1. Open the analysis page where the post list is displayed.
  2. Select the period and display unit (monthly, weekly, daily).
  3. Click the table headers ([Replies], [Reposts (Retweets)], [Likes], [Engagement]) in the post list.
