Verifying applicants and determining winners

This section explains how to confirm applicants, conduct drawings, and manage winners.

The operations for applicant confirmation, drawing, winner management, and DM sending are common across all campaign types.

About the Applicant List​

Applicants for a campaign can be managed as "Applicants," "Winners," or "Provisional Winners."

  • Applicants
    • These are the applicants for the campaign.
    • This includes winners and provisional winners.
      • An applicant will be in one of the following states: "Winner," "Provisional Winner," or "Neither a Winner nor a Provisional Winner."
  • Winners
    • These are the designated winners.
  • Provisional Winners
    • Provisional winners can be managed to account for situations where a winner declines or cannot be contacted.

Accessing the Applicant List​

You can view a list of users who meet the entry requirements (even while entries are open).

  1. Click Campaigns from the menu.
  2. Click [Applicants] in the row for the target campaign.

  • It may take some time for user follow/unfollow actions to be reflected in the applicant list.
  • Users who reposted will not be removed from the applicant list even if they later undo the repost.

Downloading the Applicant List as CSV​

Click [CSV Download] located at the top right of the applicant list screen.

Conducting a Drawing​

After the entry period ends, you can conduct a drawing to randomly select "Winners" and "Provisional Winners."

  1. On the applicant list screen, click [Drawing].
  2. Enter the number of "Winners" and "Provisional Winners."
  3. Click [Drawing].
  4. The specified number of users will be designated as "Winners" or "Provisional Winners."

Users Excluded from the Drawing​

Users who have already been selected as winners or provisional winners will be excluded from the drawing.

Manually Adding, Excluding, and Promoting Winners​

Instead of using the drawing function, you can manually select winners individually, or exclude winners/provisional winners.

  1. For the target campaign, open "Winners" or "Provisional Winners."
  2. Perform actions using the buttons in the "Add to List" column.
    • Manually add/promote to winner: Click "Add to Winner" (trophy icon)
    • Exclude from winner/provisional winner: Click "Remove from Winner" (trophy icon) / "Remove from Provisional Winner" (star icon)
