This document explains how to download invoices and receipts, and how to change the name displayed on them.

Invoices detail your subscribed plan, period, and charges.

How to Download Invoices and Receipts​

For Credit Card Payments​

  1. Click Plan/Payment.
  2. From the Billing History, click [Invoice] or [Receipt].
  3. You can download the PDF file.

For Invoice Payments​

Please refer to Invoices | Invoice Payments (Bank Transfer).

How to Change the Name (Company Name) Displayed on Invoices and Receipts​

For Credit Card Payments​

  1. Click Plan/Payment.
  2. Click [Change Name on Invoices/Receipts].
  3. Enter the desired name to be displayed on invoices and receipts, then click [Change Name].

For Invoice Payments​
