This guide provides information on canceling your Paid Plan (downgrading to the Free Plan).

About Cancellation

When Your Paid Plan Changes to the Free Plan After Cancellation

After cancellation, your account will be downgraded to the Free Plan (free of charge) at the following times. Once downgraded to the Free Plan, Paid Plan features will no longer be available.

  • If you are on a free trial:
    • Immediately after cancellation
  • If you are not on a free trial:
    • At the end of the current billing cycle
      • You can continue to use Paid Plan features until the end of the billing cycle.

How to Cancel Your Paid Plan

  1. Click the menu in the bottom left and open Plans / Billing.
  2. Click [Cancel].
  3. Click [Continue Cancellation].
  4. After answering the survey, click [Submit].
    Please wait without closing the screen until the next page loads.

How to Undo Your Paid Plan Cancellation

If you are using a Paid Plan with credit card payment, you can undo the Paid Plan cancellation before your account changes to the Free Plan.

  1. Click Plans / Billing.
  2. Click [Undo Cancellation].
  3. When the message [Are you sure you want to undo the cancellation?] appears, click [OK].
