This document explains how to upgrade to a paid plan (from a Free plan) and how to modify your existing paid plan subscription.

How to Upgrade to a Paid Plan

You can change your plan and billing cycle (monthly or annual) at any time.

1. Click the menu at the bottom left and open Plan / Billing.
2. Click [Change Plan].
3. Click [Monthly Billing] or [Annual Billing].
4. Click [Start Free Trial] or [Select this Plan] for the plan you wish to use.
5. Enter your payment method.
   1. Credit card or invoice payment is accepted.
6. Click [Proceed to Confirmation].
7. The confirmation screen will be displayed. Please review the details displayed on the screen, including the changes and important notes.
8. Click [Change Plan] or [Start Free Trial].
   1. If a credit card company's identity verification screen (3D Secure) appears, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the verification. For free trials, completing identity verification does not immediately incur charges.

When upgrading to a paid plan for the first time, a free trial will be applied. For details, please refer to Try a Paid Plan for Free (Free Trial).

tip

You cannot directly downgrade to a lower-tier paid plan. To subscribe to a different paid plan, you must first cancel your current paid plan and revert to the Free plan.

What Happens When You Change from One Paid Plan to Another

• Unused period charges from the previous plan
  • These will be calculated on a pro-rata basis and converted into 'credit,' which will be applied to future invoices.
• Billing cycle
  • It will be reset, with the plan change date becoming the new start date, initiating a new 1-month or 1-year billing cycle.

tip

In the case of changing from a paid plan to a Free plan (cancellation), paid plan usage will continue until the end of the billing cycle, and no credit for unused periods will be generated.

If you change your plan on May 10th as follows:

How to Check Your Billing Cycle and Free Trial Period

1. Click the menu at the bottom left and open Plan / Billing.
2. You can check your next billing date and the end date of your free trial period.
