Free Trial Overview
Eligibility for Free Trial
The free trial is applicable to SocialDog accounts that are upgrading to a paid plan for the first time.
If there is a history of a free trial previously, the free trial will not be applied. When the free trial is applicable, "Free Trial" will be displayed on the screen.
Charges During Free Trial
No charges will be incurred during the free trial period.
If you cancel during the free trial period, no charges will be incurred whatsoever.
If you do not cancel during the free trial period, charges will be automatically incurred at the end of the free trial, and you can continue to use the paid plan.
Feature Limitations During Free Trial
During the free trial period of the paid plan, some features are restricted.
These restrictions will be removed once the free trial ends.
Restricted Features During Free Trial
- CSV Download
- Number of data entries in CSV file: up to 10 entries
- Campaigns
- Campaign applicants: up to 10 users will be collected. Users from the 11th entry onwards will not be collected during the trial period.
- After the trial period ends, users from the 11th entry onwards will be displayed sequentially.
You can use them by canceling to end the free trial and then upgrading to a paid plan again.

Changing Plan/Billing Cycle During Free Trial
Please refer to Upgrading to a Paid Plan | Using a Paid Plan.
During the free trial, you can change your plan (Personal Plan, Professional Plan, Business Plan, Enterprise Plan) and billing cycle (annual payment, monthly payment).
In this case, the free trial period will not change, and no charges will be incurred during the free trial period.
