The Writing Assist AI allows you to generate posts and check content for typos, reputational risks, and more. This feature is only available for the PC browser version.

Generate Posts

The AI can automatically generate post drafts based on your past post data. By entering the desired content or keywords, the AI will generate post drafts accordingly.

About Past Post Data Used by Writing Assist AI

The Writing Assist AI analyzes the text of posts from your social media accounts over the past three months to understand writing styles and characteristics. Based on the analyzed linguistic features, it generates posts that reflect the tone and style of that social media account.

  • Upon the first post generation, the system analyzes the account's past post data. This analysis may take 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Once analyzed, the data is retained for 30 days, and re-analysis is automatically performed every 30 days.
  • Only text information from past posts is analyzed. Non-textual information such as images and videos are not analyzed.

Generate Posts

  1. On the top right of the scheduled posts screen, click [New Post].
  2. Under the preview, in the [Generate Post] section, enter the following information:
    • Account to Reference Past Posts
      • Select the social media account whose past post data the AI should reference. Even when posting to multiple accounts, only one account can be selected.
    • Post Summary
      • Enter the specific content you wish to include in the post or the key points you want to emphasize.
    • Post Objective (Optional)
      • Enter what action you want viewers to take or what state you want them to be in after seeing the post.
    • Writing Style Preferences or Precautions (Optional)
      • Enter any rules you want the AI to follow or expressions you wish to avoid.
  3. Click the [Ask AI to Create] button.

Edit Generated Posts and Schedule Them

  1. From the generated post drafts, select the text you wish to use and click the [Insert] button.
  2. Edit the content inserted into the text input field.
  3. Specify the post date and time, click [], select [Schedule Post], [Add to Top of Schedule Slot], or [Add to Schedule Slot], and then click the button.

If you input content like the examples below, the AI will generate post drafts based on them.

Post Summary

Enter the specific content you wish to include in the post or the key points you want to emphasize.

  • Announce the sale of our winter-exclusive "Fluffy Bread." Sales period is from December 1st to December 15th, characterized by its pure white crust. Emphasize that it's a limited-time offer.
  • Explain "Optimizing Post Timing" for SNS operations. Target audience is beginners. Emphasize practical tips that can be used immediately.
  • Announce a "Post Generation Feature Usage Seminar." Date: February 5th, 2:00 PM. Held online. Emphasize that participants will learn practical application methods.

Post Objective

  • Encourage product purchase
  • Generate interest in the post content
  • Increase engagement such as likes, comments, and saves

Writing Style Preferences or Precautions

  • Keep it within 140 characters
  • Avoid excessive promotional language
  • Maintain a bright and cheerful tone

Check Post Content

The "Text Check" feature uses AI to automatically check post content for typos and reputational risks. When creating a scheduled post, the AI automatically checks the entered text and notifies you if any issues are found.

Check Items

The following types of content are automatically checked:

  • Typos and omissions (e.g., incorrect kanji conversion, misuse of hiragana/katakana, typing errors)
  • Grammatical errors (e.g., incorrect particles, subject-predicate disagreement)
  • Inconsistent notation (e.g., variations in kanji/hiragana/katakana for the same word, inconsistent use of katakana foreign words)
  • Expressions with reputational risk (e.g., offensive or misleading expressions, expressions that could be perceived as discriminatory towards specific individuals or groups)

Check Text

  1. On the top right of the scheduled posts screen, click [New Post].
  2. In the [Text Check] section, click the [Turn On Feature] button.
  3. Enter the text you wish to post into the text input field. After input, the check will be performed automatically.

The usage limit is 1,000 checks per day. If the limit is reached, it will reset at 9:00 AM JST the following day.

Important Notes

  • AI check results are not always accurate. Regardless of the check results, please review the actual text yourself and make the final decision on whether to post.
    • This feature does not guarantee complete detection of all risks. Text may be flagged even if there are no issues, or issues may not be flagged when present.
  • This feature provides automated suggestions by AI (OpenAI), and the check results do not represent the views of SocialDog.

Data Handling

This feature processes data through the OpenAI API. The entered text is sent to OpenAI but is not used for training purposes.
