How to Delete Your SocialDog Account

What Happens When You Delete Your SocialDog Account (Account Closure)

• You will no longer be able to log in to SocialDog.
• All data on SocialDog will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

How to Delete Your SocialDog Account

1. Click Account Settings from the menu in the bottom left.
2. Click [Delete SocialDog Account] at the bottom.
3. Scroll down and select a reason for deletion.
4. Click [Delete].
5. Confirm the message "Are you sure you want to delete your account? This action cannot be undone." and click [Delete].

tip

Owners of teams on a paid plan cannot delete their SocialDog accounts. They must perform one of the following actions:

• Cancel the paid plan (change to Free plan)
• Delete the team | Manage Team Settings
• Transfer owner role to another user | Manage Team Members
