Receive notifications by email

You can receive notifications from SocialDog via email. This document explains how to configure and disable email notifications.

Email Notification Overview​

Available Notifications​

The following types of notifications can be received via email:

  • Data Acquisition Completion Notification Email
  • Daily Report
  • Weekly Report
  • Announcements from SocialDog
  • Notification when Scheduled Posts are Empty
  • New Keyword Monitor Email
    • The New Keyword Monitor Email service has been discontinued. Help

Configuring Email Notifications​

  1. Open Notifications within [Account Settings].
  2. Check the boxes for the items you wish to receive email notifications for.
  3. Click [Save].

Troubleshooting Email Delivery Issues​

This section describes how to troubleshoot issues if you are not receiving email notifications.

  1. Check your "Spam" or "Junk" folder.
  2. Verify that your email settings allow receiving emails from "@social-dog.net".
  3. On the Account screen, confirm that your email address is correctly entered.
  4. On the Account screen, ensure that no message indicating a pending email address verification is displayed.
  5. On the Notifications screen, confirm that your notification settings are enabled.
