How to Configure and Disable Push Notifications

Overview of Push Notifications

Push notifications allow you to receive notifications from SocialDog directly in your browser, even when the page is not open.

Types of Notifications Received

The following types of notifications can be received via push notifications:

• Data Acquisition Completion Notification
• Daily Report
• Weekly Report
• Notifications from SocialDog
• New Keyword Monitor Notification
  • New Keyword Monitor email notifications are currently discontinued. Help

How to Set Up Push Notifications

1. Open Notifications within [Account Settings].
2. If it is currently [Disabled], click [Enable].
3. Check the items for which you want to receive push notifications.
4. Click [Save].
