This document describes how to configure and disable Slack notifications.

Overview of Slack Notifications

This feature allows you to integrate with Slack and configure the system to send updates as Slack notifications.

Available Notifications

The following types of notifications can be received via Slack:

• Daily Report
• Weekly Report
• New @Tweets (Business and Enterprise plans only)
• New Keyword Monitor Alerts
  • New Keyword Monitor Alerts are currently discontinued. Keyword Monitor has been updated

Receiving Slack Notifications

• Notification settings are configured per social media account.
• Slack notifications cannot be integrated with private channels. Please ensure the Slack channel you wish to integrate with is public.

1. Open Slack Notifications.
2. Click [Add].
3. After integrating Slack, configure the target account and notification content, then click [Add].
4. After configuration, the integration status with Slack can be confirmed on the Slack Notifications screen.

Disabling Slack Notifications

1. Open Slack Notifications.
2. Click [Delete] to the right of the notification you wish to disable.
3. Click [Delete] again.
   1. Once deleted, it cannot be restored.
