Unable to log in to SocialDog
This document explains how to troubleshoot login issues with SocialDog.
If You Know Your Registered Email Address and Password for SocialDog
You can log in from the login screen using your registered email address and password.
If You Know Your Registered Email Address but Forgot Your Password for SocialDog
Please reset your password by following the steps in Reset Your Password | Log in to SocialDog with Your Password.
If You Do Not Know Your Registered Email Address for SocialDog
Check your mailbox for emails from SocialDog. If you find an email from SocialDog, the recipient address is your registered email address for your SocialDog account.
If you are a team member, please contact your team administrator. Team administrators can check the email addresses of members registered with SocialDog.
If You Cannot Open Your Two-Factor Authentication App (Log in with a Backup Code)
You can log in by using the backup codes saved when you set up two-factor authentication.
- Access the login screen.
- Enter your email address and password, then click [Login].
- When the one-time password entry screen appears, click [Use a backup code].
- Enter the backup code and click [Authenticate] to log in.
- If necessary, consider disabling two-factor authentication.
- Each backup code can only be used once. Please note that they cannot be used for subsequent logins.
If You Have Used a Paid Plan
Support can look up your account using your registered credit card information.
Please contact support with the following information:
- Credit card brand (e.g., Visa)
- Last four digits of credit card number (e.g., 1234)
※For security reasons, please ensure you only send the last four digits and no other parts of the card number. - Credit card expiration date (e.g., 08/22)
- Credit card holder name (e.g., SUZUKI TARO)
- Billing date on your credit card statement
- Amount on your credit card statement
If the Issue Persists
We recommend creating a new SocialDog account.
