System error displayed, unstable operation.
This page explains how to address system errors or unstable performance in SocialDog.
When a System Error is Displayed
If your OS or browser is outdated, SocialDog may not function correctly and display a system error. Please update your OS and browser to the latest versions.
If the above does not apply, processing may take a long time in the following cases, leading to a system error:
- A large number of followers (tens of thousands or more).
- Complex filter settings are applied.
- A sorting order is configured.
- On the Followers screen, sorting orders other than "newest first" or "oldest first" may increase processing time.
In such cases, please click the browser's [Refresh] button to reload the screen.
To Reduce the Occurrence of System Errors
Revising your settings as follows can reduce the frequency of system errors:
- Reduce the number of filter conditions.
- Set the sorting order to "newest first" or "oldest first."
Unavailable Features
- Some features may be unavailable if your X (Twitter) account has a large number of followers. For details, please refer to Connecting an X (Twitter) Account.
When Performance is Unstable
If SocialDog's performance is unstable or you see the message "Failed to load. Please refresh the screen.", the following methods may resolve the issue.
Browser Version
If performance is unstable, please try the following:
- Verify that you are using the browser specified in SocialDog's Browser Version Usage Guidelines.
- Click the browser's [Refresh] button.
- Close the browser once and restart it.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
- Restart your PC or smartphone.
- Use a different browser.
- Use your browser's Incognito mode.
- If you can open SocialDog in an Incognito window but not in a regular window, a browser extension may be the cause. Disable your extensions and try again.
App Version
- Close the app once.
- Uninstall and then reinstall the app.
