Child Safety Policy

SocialDog Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has established and will adhere to this policy to prioritize child safety within its "SocialDog" service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").

Prohibited Content​

The Service strictly prohibits the submission or posting of content (hereinafter referred to as "CSAM") that falls under the following categories:

  • Content constituting child sexual abuse or exploitation
  • Content that promotes or supports the exploitation or abuse of minors
  • Other content that may have a harmful impact on the physical or mental well-being of children

Deletion Criteria and Remedial Actions​

If the Company determines that user-submitted content constitutes CSAM, it will, after prior notification, implement appropriate measures, such as suspending account usage or deleting the relevant content.

Reporting and Response​

Should CSAM be identified within the Service, the Company will consider and implement appropriate responses, including, if necessary, reporting to law enforcement agencies and cooperating with investigations.
